DESCRIPTION OXINE® is a 2% solution of stabilized chlorine dioxide. OXINE® is an EPA registered disinfectant and no-rinse sanitizer, and is listed by the FDA as an indirect food additive. OXINE® is an effective and versatile sanitizer that can be used from the brewhouse to the tap. OXINE® is an extremely effective yeast wash eliminating microorganisms without jeopardizing product cultures. OXINE® is non-corrosive and non-fuming providing the benefits of sodium hypochlorite, and peroxyacetic acid sanitizers, without the disadvantages.
